Testimonials

Zak

When I first went for my interview with DCM, I was instantly greeted by Dougie and James, and made to feel relaxed and at ease before the interview process even began.

The interview was straight to the point and again was such a calming and enjoyable experience.

When successful, the lads were able to get me into a placement that very same week; they really don’t mess about.

The Academy, where I have been working since January, is one of the most rewarding working environments I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. I can only imagine that the other schools where their clients are based have exactly the same experience.

Not only have I had a rewarding working experience, I’ve been able to form new relationships and friendships with fellow DCM recruiters and also staff at the Academy.

DCM is also very understanding that this is not my main career and allows me to take time out in order to still be able to pursue that, without the risk of losing my placement at the Academy or with DCM as an agency.

They’re flexible for you.

If you’re local and want experience working in a fast-paced, rewarding, and exciting environment, then get yourself an interview with DCM!

The best in Teesside.
